This is the official site for Old Dominion University (ODU) tuition rates. Rates listed on this page are effective F所有 2020. Previous 学费利率 remain in effect through Summer 2020.
The University term "tuition" refers to a per-credit-hour comprehensive rate that includes payment for instructional programs, academic services and activities, recreational sports, and intercollegiate athletics which includes a student activity fee of $125.69 per credit hour for Norfolk campus courses, $109.55 per credit hour for Higher Education Centers, 远程学习, and online courses not at designated distance learning locations.

Active Duty 军事学费 Rates
Effective F所有 2018, a 军事学费 Rate is available for eligible undergraduate active duty military personnel enrolled in degree or non-degree seeking, for-credit courses offered on campus or online.

注意: Students who identify as active duty military on the admission application will have their active duty status verified by the Registrar's Office. If an eligible student does not receive the military tuition rate, they should email instate@promisesurfing.net 寻求帮助.

ODU will verify active-duty military status using the 服务member's Civil Relief Act (SCRA) website. We must be able to verify that the student is on active-duty on the date verified and in one of the following 服务 Components: Army Active Duty; Coast Guard Active Duty; Air Force Active Duty; Marine Corps Active Duty; or Navy Active Duty. Please note that other 服务 Components, including Reserve and National Guard are not eligible for the reduced tuition rate.
技术-Delivered Courses
维吉尼亚以外 &/or the United States
Rate applicable to students enrolled in courses delivered via technology outside of Virginia and/or the United States.
注意: 远程学习 students who relocate to Virginia are not guaranteed the in-state tuition rate. Normal 住所 rules apply.
If a student wishes to use Chapter 31 or Chapter 33:
The University will defer students' semester charges. These semester charges will be deferred a minimum of 90 days from the tuition deadline. Charges not covered by the VA must be paid by the tuition deadline to prevent penalty fees. Penalties will not be imposed on charges covered by the VA, but may be imposed on charges that are past due and not covered by the VA.

The Student 健康 费 is mandatory for students meeting the criteria below:

The transportation fee is paid once each semester by 所有 students. However, no fee is charged during the summer term. The fee is charged for students taking courses offici所有y designated as Norfolk campus courses.

健康 insurance charges are posted directly to the student's billing statement and are due on the tuition deadlines for the academic year. 国际 students have the option of participating in the University's Payment Plan available in F所有 and Spring semesters only. F所有 Semester (Aug-Dec) $898.00 - charges due by F所有 tuition deadline. 春季学期 & Summer (Jan-July) $1,256.00 - charges due by Spring tuition deadline. Non-credit students enrolled in the English Language Center Program will be charged based on the session. 学费 and fees for non-credit programs are due at the time of enrollment. |
